What CrossFit Lapeer is NOT...
We are not a typical gym that offers cheap memberships simply to get you in the door. We don't have fancy equipment, big screen tv's, trendy lounges or frappes. We're not a place for you to relax while barely plucking away at a workout.
What CrossFit Lapeer IS...
We offer well planned classes with specific programming - known as WODs, or Workout Of the Day - that are coached by certified and experienced trainers. You will be critiqued for proper form and technique, encouraged to do what you never thought you could, and motivated in a small group setting. Our goal is to help you be accountable to yourself and to each other while you are in and out of the gym. If you are committed to learning, and dedicated to pushing the limits of your comfort zone, you WILL get results. That is what makes those who participate in CrossFit so successful.
